Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker, and I help people work through anxiety, trauma, relationship wounds, and the feelings of shame or self-doubt that can come with those experiences.

You may be used to holding things together for everyone else while quietly struggling yourself. Or you may understand why you feel the way you do but still have a hard time changing old patterns. Therapy gives us space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work toward something different.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty to our work together. You don’t have to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you come. We’ll start where you are and find an approach that fits your needs.

Outside of my work, I’m a wife and mom of two boys. My Christian faith is an important part of my life, and I value making room for each person’s own beliefs, experiences, and questions.

Already beloved. Still becoming.
